Q4.Why I can’t open the Application after I downloaded it to my smartphone?

You need to set the Application as a trused Application and you phone at first. for IOS device, you need check Settings-General-Profile , then click “Ylesmart”

Q5, Does it remind the message from the phone?

It can remind the message when Paired with Android phone. And the Message reminding function is unavailable for iPhone, since the restrction of the IOS item.
